Old cast Finned Triumph Timing side cover.


I stole this pic from the Nostalgia on Wheels blog. 
I really like the way the fins are set up here! This is a fine example of how I would like to have the fins turn out on all the stuff I'm casting.

    Have you seen those kats over on Junkmotor.blogspot ??? they are already casting some bad ass tanks....in Japan. I want a cast tank, can I help? I had a Ness bike in the 80's with a cast tank, didn't even know it until I went to repaint the sucker.
